We will be performing scheduled maintenance to upgrade our database servers on Wednesday night. The maintenance will begin at 9:30 PM EDT (Thursday 1:30 AM UTC) and is expected to last for approximately one hour. During this time, our services may be unavailable for transactions.
If all goes well, the maintenance should take less time, but in case of any unforeseen issues, it may extend up to three hours, ending by 12:30 AM EDT (Thursday 4:30 AM UTC).
The goal of this upgrade is to prepare for an upcoming networking upgrade that will improve the distribution of our database transactions. This enhancement will lead to better response times and overall platform stability and scalability.
