We are making some networking changes that require a few updates on your part, especially if you’re using our API for integration or relying on our mobile app.

Please take note of these important actions before Sunday, May 5, 2024:


API Integration URL Update (For API Users)

- ​Action Strongly Recommended: If you are using our API, please update your integration URLs at your earliest convenience.
- Current API URL: https://cigotracker.com/api/v1
- New API URL: https://app.cigotracker.com/api/v1

Note: We will automatically rerouting current API URL requests at the backend by forwarding them to the new API URL to minimize the likelihood of issues. However, due to potential DNS propagation delays, we strongly recommend updating your integration directly to the new API URL to avoid any potential service disruptions.


Mobile App Update

- Action Strongly Recommended: Please update your Cigo Tracker mobile app to the latest version available on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Latest Versions:
- Android: Version 2.31.5
- iOS: Version 2.31.4

Note: Older versions of the application should still work after the deadline, but to avoid any potential service disruptions, we recommend you ensure your mobile apps are up to date.
